Everyday practice shows that an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies, in its classical representation, allows the introduction of a rethinking of foreign economic policies. We are forced to build on the fact that the strengthening and development of the internal structure contributes to the preparation and implementation of the tasks set by society.
